Our Services

Carpet Cleaning

Cleaning carpets is not just about improving the appearance of your home, but also the overall health. Carpeting can be the home to mold spores, dust mites, and bacteria. Over time, this can create an unhealthy environment to live or work in. STC uses all truck mounted carpet cleaners that sanitize the carpets with water heated to over 220 degrees. Our machines have the highest rated vacuum in the industry ensuring that your carpets will dry as soon as possible.

We have a 5-step process to clean all carpets.

  1. Inspect the area An inspection is one of the most important steps. Most jobs offer different situations that require different processes to achieve the best result. While inspecting, we learn what will work best for your individual situation.

  2. Pre-Treat all areas with an enzyme solution, paying special attention to the areas that we noticed during our inspection, then agitate and scrub needed areas.

  3. Extraction – We then extract the carpet with a mild cleaning detergent that leaves no residue. We depend on our equipment to do the cleaning, not chemicals.  The 220-degree water makes all the difference in our ability to use very mild detergents versus harsh chemicals.

  4. Encapsulant neutralizer – After all carpeting is cleaned, we mist over a neutralizing solution that ensures no spots will come back or re-attract soil over time. This keeps your carpets clean longer and acts like a fabric softener for the carpet.

We also offer higher grade protectors, consult the tech before the job if you have any questions.

  5. Groom – The last step is to groom/rake the carpet, this step helps with dry time, as well as scrubs in the neutralizer or protector into that carpet.

We guarantee all our work for 30 days after cleaning, if a spot comes back, we will come back out and re-clean the area at no charge.

Air Duct

There is no wrong time to get your airducts cleaned. Airduct cleaning is particularly important, especially after construction or wildfires. The ash or construction dust will get into the ventilation system and this can cause irritation to the lungs.

Our process involves positive and negative air flow and is self-contained to ensure there is no mess left behind from the dust a debris that are in the ducts. We use an air compressor to blow all dust and debris that are in the duct back to each vent, then using our powerful vacuum, it is all out of the house within seconds.

Upholstery

Sofas and chairs can be some of the most used and loved pieces in the entire home. Using specialized detergents, we are able to clean and sanitize in a very similar way to carpet cleaning. We offer both water-based cleaning and dry-cleaning options.

Tile & Grout

Tile and Grout get some of the heaviest traffic in the entire home. Using high pressure and steam, we can get deep into the tile to clean out the grease and dirt that has accumulated over time. We recommend that we use a sealer on the grout after cleaning. This acts as a protector and makes home cleaning much easier in the future.

Pet Spots

Some of the hardest spots & smells to get out are made by some of our best friends. We use a specialized enzyme that breaks down all the odor-causing bacteria that is in the carpet and padding. In certain situations, we will use oxidation to remove difficult stains.

Wood Floor & Vinyl Cleaning Finish

We offer a less expensive alternative to a full sand down wood floor refinish. This process includes a deep cleaning of the wood floors, and an additional coat of finish to revive the luster into worn and dull flooring. This will not repair scratches or heavily worn areas; this is a maintenance cleaning the extent the life of the original finish on the flooring.

Vinyl floors can get scratched and dirty with all the wear and tear they see. We offer a deep cleaning process with specialty designed LVP cleaning solution and a conditioning process that will fill scratches to make your floor like like new.

Stretching & Repair

Has your carpeting developed bumps over time or has your new puppy decided it is their new chew toy? We have 30 years of experience repairing carpet and stretching to make it unnoticeable to guests. It is important to get carpet stretched as soon as possible when bumps start to form. If to much time passes, bumps can permanently damage the backing of the carpet.
